Maddi took her first ever plane ride accross the United States to visit Poopa, Mooma and Meg in Maryland. Let's just say the plane rides were less than successful even with the bag full of tricks and treats. The little one wasn't having it. But alas, we survived. The trip itself was wonderful. Visited Gettysburg, which was really neat to see up close, sooo many men died on those grounds for what we now have, states rights. Went to Baltimore and hung out near the water, ate at Hard Rock, went shopping at Urban and visited the National Aquarium. Maddi loves fish, so she had a good time seeing them there. We also spent a Day in DC seeing all the monuments and museums. The rest of the time we spent seeing my sissy in law graduate from High School, and putted around Damascus/Gaithersburg area. All in all a wonderful time. The East coast is green and beautiful!! Will post pics once I get them suckers downloaded. (having a space issue at the moment)
